I'm sure that sometime in your lifetime you've seen videos of an old Aikido master from Japan effortlessly defeating an attacker twice his size and half his age with a simple circular movement, taking place in the blink of an eye. 

Hoi Jeon Moo Sool, or Circle Motion Martial Art, enables you to use the energy of the attack against the aggressor. The techniques are designed to take minimal effort on your part; you can easily defend yourself against someone much taller and stronger than yourself with a simple circular movement. In fact, one of the most difficult skills to learn, is to relax your body while performing your technique as opposed to muscling your way through it! 

Hoi Jeon Moo Sool, the new digital martial art is not neccessarily better than other martial arts, it is simply different from most of the well known styles such aa kick boxing, karate, judo, tae kwon do, etc. It also works well when you combine Hoi Jeon Moo Sool with your other skills.

By studying Hoi Jeon Moo Sool you will find that it’s much easier to defend rather than to attack. You’ll find that by attacking someone, you leave yourself open to the other person. So once you’ve committed your energy/strength into an attack, you must follow through if you want to hurt that person and by doing so, you put yourself exactly where the defender wants you; you’re already off balance and have no alternative but to follow the defender’s path. This is the principle called “Water Motion.” You don’t resist your attacker or try to overpower him; you simply assist him in whatever he’s trying to do. If he pushes, you pull, if he pulls, you push, to the point that he looses his center of gravity. Once his balance is broken, you cause his path to follow yours and you defeat him.

There are 3 basic categories to training with Hoi Jeon Moo Sool:
            Diet, Stretching, Exercise

By taking control of your eating habits...
            what you eat, 
            how much you eat, 
            the number of times you eat during the day
            and the time of the day that you eat, 

 ... you will begin to lose weight, adding to your flexibility. 

Through Stretching, you'll learn to control your breathing, you'll line up your vertebrae and wake up nerve endings that you may have forgotten about. All this increased flexibility is going to make you feel much healthier as you find that you can easily tie your shoe laces again. As you continue your stretching, over time, you will see a dramatic change in your health. 

You'll get plenty of exercise through the study of Hoi Jeon Moo Sool while learning the foot work, punching, kicking, blocking, falling, rolling, forms, and self defense sub-systems.
